Great place. We booked it like a treat for only one night stay on our trip around Italy. A bit pricier for us. But we loved it. Great self check in. All you need is there. Option to have BBQ, just buy your coal (we found one in the local shop). It is all yours to enjoy. In a little charming town. We were worried it would be too hot in the tent, but even in this summer heat, we had great sleep.

How can you make a regular hotel especially good. You gather around a young Team of people who are enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Normally at the end of a long season it will start to show as people are very tired. Not in Harmony and Smile (the name is so appropriate) Each staff member was more than happy to ensure we had enjoyable a stay as possible.

I want to share not just a review, but my immense gratitude for a wonderful time! These apartments exceeded all our expectations. Spacious, bright, very cozy, and truly furnished with soul. It has absolutely EVERYTHING for a comfortable family vacation: from a fully equipped kitchen (down to the smallest details like spices and coffee) to a washing machine, which is invaluable with children. Cleanliness, comfortable beds, modern appliances — we felt right at home. But the most important thing is not even the ideal conditions, but the people who create them. Special thanks to Mark — an incredibly responsive and kind host. He was always available, gave us lots of useful advice about the city, and helped with any questions we had. We were especially touched by the warm atmosphere created by his family. We were charmed by the kindness and care of Mark's mother, who welcomed us with such warmth, as if we were old friends. And his sister, the lovely Chiara, is such a sunny and positive person! It is clear that they have a very warm, friendly relationship, and this energy of kindness and hospitality is passed on to their guests. Thank you for sharing this warmth with us! We left feeling like we had stayed with good friends. We will definitely be back and will recommend your apartment to all our friends! Best wishes!

    Alessio is extremely friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the support I received during the stay and thank him very much for this. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. There were drinks in the fridge and some chips and cookies on the table. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice.     Lena & Alessandro are perfect hosts. This countryside, quiet B&B is about 3km from Viareggio, and 20km from Pisa, so it is perfectly located for a visit to Tuscany. Breakfast is superb, the rooms are quaint, the pool is spotlessly clean, and there are lots of garden games available in their enormous garden.
