Elisa was one of the best hosts that I have ever met! She was very welcoming, kind and always ready to help us with anything that we had needed. The apartment was very well located - just a few metres away from a promenade by the lake. It is newly renovated, everything functions perfectly. I strongly recommend this place to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Promessi Sposi on Lake Como. The design is beautiful and modern, and the view from the rooftop is absolutely breathtaking — perfect for a morning coffee or evening drink. Special thanks to the dark-haired young woman (unfortunately I don’t know her name) who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Her attentiveness made a real difference and truly elevated our experience. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

    Very good location , just a few seconds to magnificent view of lake, a lot of local good restaurants around, Flat is super modern and very clean, It somehow has a good vibe in the whole flat,we really enjoyed, shower, cooking and slept well.Even our dog was very relaxed. Host is very responsive, working hard and friendly.

    The location was amazing, the hotel really nice and clean with friendly staff. Despite the fact that we had booked an economy room, they gave us a free upgrade and the room was huge and very comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice and the view from there, stunning. We also took a free yoga lesson offered by the hotel for the people staying there.

    the room was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable with a lovely view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our bathroom which they dealt with by quickly moving us to a nicer room with no extra cost. food was excellent, and the location right on the lake was stunning. The view from the rooftop bar was jawdroppingly beautiful.

    Location is simply perfect, walking distance from Lecco where everything happens. The breakfast and the views are stunning, really the best ever seen. The parking garage under the hotel and good spacious room which was very clean.

    Just totally renovated, with a modern style. Rooms were comfortable and staff super helpful. Great view on Lecco. Granted the location is not ideal for visiting the region (for example compared to Bellagio) but we preferred it over staying in Como and it's much more affordable than Bellagio. The food served in the two restaurants (one within the building and one on the lake) is superb. Parking onsite is a must as parking is limited outside. (Make sure to ask for it when booking.)
