Strategically located, offering a warm welcome and easy access to local attractions. The house is conveniently located near the main highway to Como, Lake Como, and Switzerland, and the train station for easy access to Como, Lugano (Switzerland), and Milan (driving to Milan is not recommended because of many traffic restrictions). As a solo traveller, I had a delicious breakfast, including brews, toasts, salami, ham, cheeses, cakes, and yoghurts. The welcoming atmosphere, adaptable arrival time, cosy bed, and large room features were great.

Even we arrived quite late the check in was very smooth and we felt welcomed. The apartment itself was very clean and cozy fully stocked with equipment you might need. My favourite part was the mattress which was quite hard and comfortable. I had a best sleep ever since years. We would come back anytime for sure!

This home was the perfect overnight stay between the airport and lake Como, only 10 min walk from train station. The host was so so helpful and accommodating after my flight was delayed 2 hours and I didn’t arrive until 1am, she waited up to greet me and make sure I got into the property ok (otherwise I would have slept on an airport bench!). I was very grateful! The studio is very simple but lovely, the host kindly provided tea/coffee, milk, water, juice and some breakfast snacks.

Every time we travel to Italy, we spend a night at this place. It is a perfect place for people travelling with pets as there is plenty of space to walk/play and steam off after a long car trip. Breakfast is amazing and the hosts are exceptionally kind. This place looks magical during Christmas holidyas.

"Amazing Stay at a Brand-New Hotel!" I recently stayed at this brand-new hotel and had an excellent experience! The interior is sleek and modern, and the rooms are incredibly spacious. Everything was spotless, and it felt like I was staying in a home rather than just a hotel. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essential utensils, and the bonus of having a dishwasher was a nice touch! Really lovely hotel, staff very friendly & helpful. Stayed in the motel part of the hotel & it was great parked right outside the door. Room spacious & had everything we needed, very clean room. The location was perfect for our onward journey.

This b&b was a great find: we only stayed one night on the way to another destination but we will for sure come back. The host is great, very kind and interesting. The room is large, comfortable and clean. The location is pretty convenient for a stop over when driving on the highway but it would work also for a couple of days visiting Como: there is a train stop within 10/15 mins walk.

Big room, comfortable bed. Very nice staff. Easy access from highway. We booked an economy room which was apparently located in the side courters. Upon arrival we were upgraded to the standard room in the main building so we would have easier way to lobby and restaurant. Dinner was amazing, the breakfast was fair.

The location is excellent, easy to reach just off the motorway and a very short drive to Lake Como and the Swiss border. We had booked a double room for one night but were delighted to be given a free upgrade to a suite. We would have liked to stay longer to enjoy it! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good but not a great deal of vegetarian choice. We settled for a great pizza for dinner and the breakfast was very good. It is obviously a popular stopover, very busy with families from all over Europe.
