Very clean and modern place. Everything you need is there. It is close to Zafferana's little center and a perfect spot to start your volcano adventures. The host Dario booked a guide for an Etna tour for us, that was also so friendly and kind. So we had an amazing day and also some time to relaxe and enjoy the area around Zafferana.

We had a wonderful stay. Lella and all the staff were truly kind and put attention to details. She even gave us a lot of great recommendations in the area. The apartament was great and perfectly equipped (kitchen equipment, etc.). The breakfast was also delightful! I would really recommend it to everyone!

The room and building itself are super modern, renovated and the reception area is filled with plants. The Christmas mood was easy to fill there, Christmas songs playing in the hall and Christmas trees on first floor. The room was super clean, bed was very comfortable and the blanket was huge. They even gave us small gift, very thoughtful!

Amazing villa nicely decorated with premium quality furnishing and equipment and great amenities such as the swimming pool and a stunning garden! Everything was cautiously cleaned and tidy and Rosalba was there to assist whenever we needed and always smiley and kind, exactly as we expect an excellent host to be! Highly recommended for a quiet stay as it is well located between Catania, Etna and Taormina.

Sara is an amazing host, she gave us a huge room and she’s been always available for any question and attentive to her guests. Every morning she arranged for us a delicious breakfast at the bar nearby and our room was cleaned (and towels changed) after the first two days of our staying. Palazzo Framì is a beautiful old building that the owners have renovated with taste and attention to the details. The terrace at the top floor is stunning with a beautiful view on the Basilica di San Sebastiano, perfect for an early morning coffee or a late afternoon glass of wine. We will definitely go back and I highly recommend this accommodation!

Super comfy. You feel it has been renewed recently with style and care. Very well located for touring around. But the very best, and what makes a huge difference, is the host (Coco Caterina) and the breakfast. Our kids loved the cakes, cookies and all pastries that were there!

    Very clean, and the staff was very friendly, helped us planning our trip to Etna, as well as providing us cutlery for our dinner (no kitchen, only a microwave). Nice view from the balcony

    Great location if you want to see Catania or climb Etna. The room was very cosy, clean and comfortable. Amazing sea view. Also there is a pizzeria nearby which serves amazing pizzas!
