The location was fantastic. Very peaceful and relaxing. The facilities in each room were top level and exceptionally clean. The hosts Carla and Alberto were really welcoming and added to the overall exerience. The focaccia provided was one-of the best I've ever tasted.

For me, everything was perfect. The apartment was spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean, freshly renovated. Great view from the window and a very convenient location. Polite and professional host, provided all the necessary information and was always available.

All was OK, from the very beginning. Renato is a super responsible and helpful owner. The location in the center city is very nice. And even a noise at night provided a special italian flavor.

It's an amazing gem. This is the most well-kept place I have stayed in. The owners are welcoming and helpful. The room was very comfortable and above what I expected. Sonia and Giancarlo went out of their way to make me feel welcome and special. Would recommend staying here without hesitation

It is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes walk from the beach, although you have to climb a steep hill to get to the house. The apartment is newly renovated, equipped with modern appliances. Even in mid-September, it was very useful to have air conditioning. Parking was right in front of the house. I especially appreciated the separate lockable garage for my bicycle. Sometimes the neighbors' temperamental phone conversations could be heard clearly, but not disturbingly. I think this is part of the Italian way of life :-)

    Beautiful place 😍 really welcoming and clean. The property looks better than the pictures. Is situated on top of the hill aprox 10 min driving from Varazze beach isolated from the noisy city center. If you are looking for peace and relaxation is ideally. Chiarra the host is extremely dedicated and genuine nice person. She leaves on the next property and she is available anytime in case you need anything. Highly recommend Casa Bartola We had an excellent time overthere.
