Everything was truly excellent. The apartment is brand new, very well maintained, and located right next to the owners’ house. They are incredibly kind, warm, and always ready to help if anything is needed. They create a friendly, home-like atmosphere that made our stay especially comfortable. Breakfast by the pool was an absolute delight – the perfect way to start the day. Highly recommended!

The property is perfectly situated for a layover and it is very spacious. 6 of us stayed there and we had no issues at all. There's a good variety of board games to choose from or one could watch TV there. All in all, great value for money, the hosts are very nice and despite the age of the interior, it's very well kept and clean.

Lovely spacious attractive room. View of the olive grove. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Daily housekeeping . Spotlessly clean. Very welcoming host Arianna, who speaks good English. Delicious breakfast. Free parking. Short drive to centre of Santadi. Info provided on good restaurants on arrival. Cibus in Santadi is very good. Excellent value. A perfect stay! I stayed for three nights instead of the scheduled one. A great finish to my driving holiday in Sardinia. Congratulations Arianna!

We stayed for 14 days in this house near Santadi and were very happy. The house is located in a quiet and cozy area — perfect for a relaxing holiday. Beautiful beaches are just a 15–20 minute drive away. The apartment was clean and well equipped: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a spacious terrace, a barbecue area, and a private yard with covered parking. We were warmly welcomed with a bottle of wine and fresh fruits from the hosts. We often grilled freshly bought fish and meat on the barbecue — everything needed was provided. There are great shops and markets nearby, offering fresh produce, delicious fruits and vegetables, and excellent local wine. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary A special thanks to the kind neighbors who were always available to help with any small household questions. It really made us feel at home. A wonderful place for a family holiday — thank you for your hospitality! We would gladly return.T

The house was clean, the garden was pleasant and the hosts were helpful and friendly. We liked the close beach which although not sandy was great for snorkeling and not too busy. There was lots to do in the area. A nice touch was the provision of some basics to get us started on arrival.

    Everything was absolutely perfect. Room was large, cleaned every day and quite for a truly restful sleep. Sonia and Federico are very caring and kind hosts, attentive to details and all needs. The location is fantastic to visit Porto Pino, Sant'Antioco, Carloforte and many other amazing places in Sulcis-Iglesiente. We will definitely book again here when back in this area. ;)
