The place is truly outstanding. It is as remote as it can get, embedded in nature, high up in the mountains and providing direct access to hiking trails. The food and wine selection is outstanding, breakfast as well. The place is a bit costly but the price is justified by the excellent quality of the food and accomodation.

Staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious with fresh cakes, breads and juices. The room was cozy, comfortable, spacious and well renovated. Everything worked very well. We did not have any issues with parking, there was enough space for the car. The location of the hotel was good little bit outside of the village.

The style, location, space and most of all the lovely care of the owner. She made us feel very comfortable and any service we requested (especially for the BBQ) was answered with “fire”. The nature of the valley is great and perfect for hiking, castle hunting, driving calmly and easy to get near waterfalls

The location is just magic, pity we only had one night. Roberta was very helpful and offered us a more convenient room, when we booked. We are thinking about visiting again for several days to do more hiking around this wonderful place. Restaurant in the village was supposed to close at 21:00 according to Google, but was still open and serving food after 22:00 on Monday, so it is always worth to check if you are arriving late.
