We stayed here two times for one night because we had long layovers in Fiumicino. We had a bedroom with a small balcony, our own big bathroom, and a shared kitchen. Kitchen is small but it has everything. I really liked this place. We had simple but ok breakfast. Owner was really nice and helpful. There is a self check in, which was useful because we came after midnight. It's walking distance to the bus station where you can catch Cotral bus to the airport (1eur). There are no night buses between city and airport, only very expensive taxi (25eur), but it is possible to walk, it took us almost an hour from the airport to this place (on a very nice bike path).

I stayed at a hotel close to Rome FCO Airport, and it was great! Check-in and check-out were easy. The room was in a beautiful courtyard with two nice shared terraces. It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff arranged a timely airport transfer at a good price. I would definitely stay here again!

The appartment was very clean and priceworthy. Even though it was situated close to the AirPort, there was no disturbing noice inside. We had a good nights sleep before early flight. Our children loved the breakfast snacks. The owner also helped us arrange a taxi/transfer to the AirPort. Perfect over-night stay!

    It has an excellent location. If you are not planning to go to the center of Rome and have 1-2 days before going elsewhere, it is an ideal place to stay. It is also very clean and comfortable. The host is attentive and very polite. Everything has been considered for your comfort. If I come again, I plan to stay here again.

    Fiumicino is close to the airport, ideal for us flying out. Cristiana met us at the property, and walked us through the apartment - which I truly appreciated. I'm not a fan of the 'faceless' Air B'n'B, which seems all too common. It's a big comfortable apartment, in a good location, well worth the price, and a crime to only stay one night. Cristiana was also able drive us to the airport in the morning (and cheaper than the taxi). Spoilt for choice with a great selection of places to eat and drink.

    The room was comfortable and very clean. As I was leaving early, there was food available although it was before the usual hours. The location was ideal as close to the airport. An added bonus was being across the road from the sea. Also good restaurants nearby.

    The location is very close to the airport. It was simply excellent as it is suitable for all needs. If you’re on a budget, local supermarket and facilities are very close by. Otherwise, you are amongst all the restaurants, and you are above a lovely gelato place. The place itself was very clean and tidy and suited all our needs. Lorenzo was also a very welcoming guest
