The location was beautiful. The host, Rosaldo, was absolutely amazing. So kind and welcoming even though we don’t speak Italian. He made such an effort with me and my sister. He made a reservation at a restaurant for us and recommended where to go hiking near by and let us taste their olive oil. He made us coffee and the breakfast was amazing! His wife made the jams and cakes and pastries!! She’s so talented, it was absolutely delightful. The room was comfortable, the wifi worked great, the outdoor space was gorgeous. We loved it and would 100% come again if we could!!

It was a beautiful stay, and we leave with good memories and smiles. Extremely clean, in the middle of the nature, beautiful views. The brothers who run the resort were kind and helpful. We had homemade pasta both nights—my wife called the ravioli the best she’s had. The food was fresh and simple. The remote location was perfect for our vacation. The pool and views were great. We’d highly recommend this place for the setting, the warmth, and the food.

The apartment is located in the main square of the lovely village of Laurino. It’s bright and spacious. It’s well equipped with everything you might need. The bedrooms are facing to the rear and are perfectly quiet. The kitchen offers all amenities. Check in is easy. Laurino is a perfect base for hiking. Cilento is a quiet and remote area with excellent hiking opportunities in beautiful nature. The village has a number of shops. A well stocked supermarket and two restaurants. We would love to come again. There are so many mountains left to climb.

The evening meals were wonderful, so many different and delicious dishes; both hosts are very good cooks. The wine and olive oil are made on site from the fruits grown around the house. The location has a 360 degrees view to die for. The dawn chorus was cuckoo, golden oriole and turtle dove, and at night the fireflies came out to play. The host helped us plan our walks in the area.

    What an great location with breakfast served outside on the lawn with its beautiful view of the green hills around the the gorge at Gole del Calore. Wonderful! Rosaldo and Giovanna also provided genuinely warm hospitality. Thank you.

    Excellent location for hikes (ask Rosaldo for maps). Room was well furnished and clean. Location is quiet, but restaurants for dinner within a few minutes' car ride - authentic, tasty food. Breakfast was great: homemade cakes and jams, bread, cereal, fresh orange juice etc. Excellent hospitality!
