The location is a bit up which requested just a little bit of walking (upward) but for those who are aware of that (and/or sporty types) this will be great. The walk up was a very good idea after a nice lunch or dinner by the lake. The property is well equipped (especially the kitchen - more than you can expect, eg a regular size fridge and stove), plus a hairdryer and an iron. The bed is very comfortable (as for a person with back issues). Planty of space in a wardrobe. One full bathroom and one with a toilet. Very good heating system (we did not use air conditioning) and very good internet. The place is very good, clean, comfortable and quit. We enjoyed early morning walks (many places to go with dogs). The place is a bit hidden from shops and regular traffic (which was perfect for us)

The level of detail of the rooms and the bar is perfect. The staff were lovely. I recommend you have a drink at the bar you won’t regret. The rooms are fully renovated and perfect. There was a lot of peace. The breakfast from local cooperatives and handmade products was the icing on the cake. Totally recommend the stay.

- Very nice location, in middle of Colico (ZTL area). - good facilities including oven, dishwasher, and free gym and game area. - good wi-fi and nice smart tv - jacuzzi was nice but nothing special (it is 20 euro/hour) - safe parking at the location - nice surrounding view - good communication with the host

    The owner Linda was extremely helpful and kind. She arranged for my breakfast to be taken away in the evening, since >I wanted to leave very early for a hike. The room is neat and very quiet at night, the shared bathroom is very clean and comfortable. All in all a very positive experience.

    We had an amazing stay. The hotel is in a very central, yet family friendly and safe location. Great restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were very professional and welcoming, they answered all of our needs. The hotel offers a free good gym pass which is located right be the hotel (same building). The room had AC which was a big advantage. The breakfast was adequate.
