We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment had everything we needed – and even more. Super well located, with restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets just steps away. And even though it’s right in town, it was super quiet and perfect to relax. Private parking was a big bonus too. We had the honor of being the very first guests, so you might not see many reviews yet – but trust us, if you choose this place, you’ll be in great hands. We had an unforgettable stay in this amazing apartment right in the heart of Luino! The apartment is absolutely beautiful — bright, spacious, and impeccably clean. The layout is perfect: two cozy bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable dining area — everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The apartment was really clean and modern and had everything you needed. Even though it was situated on the top floor under the roof, the living room and kitchen were really large and spacious. Location was great, right in the centre of Luino close to shops, restaurants and bars as well as the waterfront. The hosts were also really friendly and gave us lots of recommendations for the surrounding area.

Beautifully decorated and appointed modern apartment with everything we needed for our short stay to Lake Maggiore. Stunning views across the lake, fabulous balconies and a short 15 minute walk down into the lovely town that has great pizzerias. We'd highly recommend a visit to Alice Beach too (1 hour drive south). Thank you for a wonderful stay and the surprise gifts on arrival were perfect!

    It was cozy, very clean, very pleasant. You could feel the care and love put into all the details of the decoration. It was not luxurious, but all the details for comfort were there and also beauty was taken into account. The bed and the pillows were super comfortable, the common kitchen super sunny and nice, the contact with the owner perfect!
