Loved this place, it's clean and safe and has everything you need. Close to the train station, close to the beach and the host Alessandra was very nice and helpful. If we go back to Ventimiglia we will definitley stay here again.

Great house, totally new. The owner told us that we are the 7th group of guests in this house. One can imagine how new this house is! The house has a beautiful sea view, the sofa in the living room is very comfortable, the TV is New, the network is good, and the dining room and kitchen are also well-equipped. Although we only spent one night without cooking, the owner told us in detail how to operate the various facilities. He is so nice! Everything is as described or even better, I will choose this house again for my next vacation!

Friendly and helpful owner, very nice house, very nice environment, great breakfast (very tasty cakes, meat and cheese, various fruits and more), very cozy and clean room, huge terrace. There are wonderful little towns nearby (Perinaldo, Apricale, Dolceacqua) that are a must visit. Thank you for a great time in your home. I hope to come back again. Unbelievable value for money! Me and my daughter are doing a train trip through out Europe and this place are by far the best compared to the other stays we had. Hard to point out something special when we think everything was perfect. High standard and the room felt new renovated (the picture on the website doesn’t show how good it is). Well cleaned, comfortable beds, staff is very friendly and service minded, let us leave luggage early before checking in and let us leaving it way after checking out without any cost. Besides the location in town absolutely perfect. Strongly recommend this hotel!
