Very nice place to stay. We were a group of 10 people. The hosts are very friendly, responsive and ready to help if needed, for example by calling a taxi at an unusual hour to the airport. Everything is new. The beds are comfortable. There is a mini fridge in each room, and in the lobby everyone can make their own coffee or tea. Right next to the hotel there is a snack bar, ice cream, fresh fruits and vegetables. Restaurants and fast food places are also very close. There is public transport and metro nearby. Overall, a communicative place. I recommend Belle Ame suites!

From the moment we arrived, the owners were very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our bags at the apartment while the cleaners were still preparing it for us. The apartment itself was really nice, very spacious and had everything we needed, even air conditioning which was much appreciated in the Italian heat! It was also very safe and secure. I would definitely recommend it and we would book it again if we ever travel back to Naples. A big thank you to you all for making our stay in Italy great 😃

The concierge was incredibly courteous and helpful, offering us pastries while we waited for our room to be ready and getting it ready very quickly. Rooms have AC and the airport shuttle is cheaper and faster than taking a cab. Our concierge was happy to arrange this.
