Awesome accommodation with a beautiful traditional design. I was truly impressed – everything is arranged aesthetically and with great taste. The location is in a charming mountain town, right in the city center. It was a wonderful and unique experience. Highly recommend!

I can't recommend enough Tanca Taroni during your stay in Sardegna, everything 11!. We were kindly welcomed by Sergio and his family and our stay became a dream came true. The place is located in the middle of some hills from where you can enjoy the best starry night landscape you could ever dreamed of. Sergio and Giuseppe are always available to offer you their home made yogur (absolutely yummy!) or a glass of local wine. Then the pool will blow your mind, located in the top of the property with fantastic views to the surroundings and a climax of maximum relax. Hope we can be back here again in the future.

We spent two weeks in Italy, sleeping in areas such as Rome, Naples, the Amalfi Coast and finally Sardinia. We can confirm that our stay in Al Veccio was by far the best for the following main reasons: Excellent location, about 50 minutes by car from the Costa Smeralda and Olbia airport. It is about 1 hour away from Alghero. The accommodation is located in a very picturesque village, with very friendly and hospitable people, which is a contrast to the more touristy areas such as the Costa Smeralda. Regarding the accommodation, the room was very spacious and very clean and the bathroom was large and very functional. The breakfast was the best of all the accommodations in Italy, with bread, cappuccinos, fruit, natural yogurt and cereals. Final it is mandatory to mention the great sympathy and availability of the owner, who made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this accommodation in Sardinia.

    Beautiful quiet location, really nice apartments, pool was great. Would recommend the dinner and wine tasting. Owners and staff really friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to revisit. You do need a car to access and would recommend reasonable ground clearance as final 1/2km is unmade.
