What truly impressed us was Lisa's dedication to ensuring our comfort and relaxation. She took exceptional care of us, making sure every detail was taken care of. The comfortable rooms were thoughtfully designed and equipped with everything we needed, allowing us to unwind and rejuvenate after a day of adventures. The location itself was a slice of paradise. Nestled in a beautiful spot surrounded by nature, we were treated to the sight of wild animals roaming freely in their natural habitat. It was an incredible experience, providing a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The breakfast served each morning was great. With a variety of delicious options, we started our days with a satisfying meal that fueled our explorations. Our time spent here was truly unforgettable. La Casa Rosa was a huge positive surprise for us. If only had we known how nice this place was beforehand, we would've booked for more nights. First of all, the house is in a very calm hill, surrounded by nature. The hills' view from the windows gave us the nicest wake ups. Maria Paola is very sweet and full of resources and tips. If she recommends you a place to eat or where to go, trust her! Otherwise, just stay in for dinner, Andrea's food will be on top of your list of best Italian food ever had (although I'd advise not to eat beforehand, as you'll get lots of food). The swimming pool was a nice place to relax on warm days. Here you can lay on a sunbed (or under a parasole) and read a nice book with the relaxing sound of crickets in the background, or play pingpong if you'd like to be more active. The house is very close to the Cinque Terre, nice for a day trip(s) (19 kms from Levanto, where you can take the train or ferry to the Cinque Terre). Extra tip: go to Brugnano in the evening. It's a pittoresque old village, you'll fall in love with it in its small streets. Extra extra tip, for meat lovers: have dinner at the "Bisteccheria" in Brugnano, you'll not regret it. Dorus & Rosita

Staff was very friendly and very helpfull. Room was clean and very cozy, also as a bonus they had an excellent shower! Breakfast was yummy and definitely better than most hotel chains. Free shuttle service to the city was definitely a great thing to have and much appreciated. Overall definitely recommend this location in order to visit all 5 towns in Cinque Terre!

    It looks like in the pictures and the host family is just wonderful. We had a small issue in our room which was resolved so quickly and in a professional manner that it was just an amazing stay. The location is a little bit outside, but we wanted to be a little off grid and enjoy some quiet which we could.

    Stunning and peaceful location, incredibly warm and helpful hosts, wonderful breakfast, spacious and spotless rooms...plus they make the best homemade jam in the world! It's a perfect base for exploring Cinque Terre and Portofino, plus close to Pisa and Tuscany. Very highly recommended. Do not hesitate.
