The breakfast was rich and tasty. It was wonderful trying some Italian delicacies, especially the local balsamic vinegar, and seeing how it is made. The location is great – right in the middle of countryside but still close to Modena. The stay was peaceful and pleasant and the owner was so friendly and kind!

First of all the room we had is very clean and spacious, even the bathroom is big. In and out of room was easy, just make sure you have your phone. The room came with ample amenities and the drinks from the mini fridge and snacks were all included. The area is quiet so we can have restful nights. A nice 10mins walk to central area and one of the best gelato nearby the apartment . The best part is the host, Mr Massimo, who is super kind and generous. He is responsive anytime of the day with any questions asked. We were allowed to check in early and he even went the extra mile to drive us to Maranello and back! We had enjoyed our stay so much!

The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated with everything you need for a stay. It is even better than shown in the photographs. It’s is comfortable and warm with good WiFi. The location is excellent, on the edge of the historic Centre with lovely restaurants on the doorstep and easy walking to everything. There is a bus stop outside as well as parking. Francesco was a very friendly and helpful host. We highly recommend this property and would love to come back to stay.

    Location was great for Modena area (15minutes by car). Visited Ferrari Museum in Maranello and the centre of Modena. Got a free tour of the Balsamic Vinegar production on the farm, great host Paride. Room and bathroom spotless.
