Wonderful place, beautiful room with a balcony and a view to die for. Restaurant downstairs so very handy and the food was great. The staff were extremely helpful and professional and I couldn’t fault it. We’ll definitely be back!

A warm welcome to a beautifully designed hotel that is a perfect escape from the busy pace of impersonal alternatives on the shoreline.. Beautiful modern and well equipped rooms, with a lovely big balcony. Christina was a lovely host and gave us great recommendations for the area. Walking distance to the beach and lots of lovely restaurants nearby. We went to Passione Carnale which Christina recommended to us and it was exceptional 👌. The rooms were also beautifully clean and tidy. Highly recommend this place.

Location was perfect. Very close to train station and centre. Breakfast is in a cafe near by. 1 drink +1 pastry only but there is a shared kitchen in the house with other guests, coffee machine and fridge if you like to have your own. Supermarket, cafe is less than a minute walk. Stanislao and his family is lovely and he is always available to help. Very nice and clean place. I'd def stay there again.

A truly lovely bed & breakfast! Alessandra & Luca are wonderful and caring hosts ❤️. The perfectly renovated house has three small apartments (with silent aircons) that have been beautifully decorated with many lovely details. We stayed with 7 adults and very much enjoyed the complementary bicycles. The beds are super comfortable. Everything is there for a nice breakfast, including home-baked cookies. The location is also very good, beach, shops and restaurants at walking distance. Or you take the bike to go to Grottamare ;-) This place is a small palace, we can highly recommend it!

Extremely delighted with the stay. The owners were absolutely lovely, helped us get there and welcomed us warmly. Eduardo helped us with the suitcases and made us a wonderful dinner. The breakfast was great, with plenty of food and drinks to choose from. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, with an AC unit so we could manage the temperature as we liked. I particularly like the fact that the bathroom is outside the bedroom, making it much more pleasant from a noise and privacy point of view. The house has some space where I could get some work done and the WiFi was fast enough. Iana also offers yoga classes for which unfortunately we did not have time this time around but will definitely do once we're back. Thank you! P.S. Attached are some pictures of the nearby places and the dinner we had.
