Very good location near the lake. The room was very comfortable. The restaurant excellent. And the staff also, who advised us about northern lights and we had the chance to see them during our stay.

I love the guesthouse concept of Iceland. This is like a full nice house for you. Nice kitchen and living rooms, as well as enough showers and toilets. It was super warm and we decorated. It gave us a bit of the feeling of leaving there. It's just on the road so it's super easy to arrive. We liked it a lot. The breakfast included was extra good with local products, even homemade food from the farm!

Situated by Lake Myvatn, this hotel offers WiFi . All rooms feature a TV and private bathroom. Skútustaðagígar natural site is 2 minutes’ walk away.

This is a beautiful hotel in an amazing location. The Lake Myvatn area around the hotel was everything we hoped for and more. The trails around the nearby lake offered excellent walking and hiking. The hotel is quite close to other area attractions including the Myvatn baths. The included breakfast was exceptional with more choices than one could hope to work through in a stay of several days. Dinner in the restaurant was also very good and service from hotel and restaurant staff was very good. We enjoyed our stay.

Fosshotel Mývatn is located next to Lake Mývatn, 6.8 km to the Mývatn Nature Baths. The hotels provides free WiFi and free private parking.

Guesthouse Hvitafell was super clean, I loved it. The hot tub overlooking the valley was excellent and the bed was a 10. The kitchen has all you need, with tea and coffee complementary. All in all just an excellent place to stay in Laugar.
