The location was perfect, a couple of doors away from the shop and restaurants. It is also a great base for discovering Connemara. Was very pleasantly surprised with the size of the cottage, all the comforts needed were there, very clean. The cottage was traditional and the while the kitchen was basic it served all purposes. Lovely touch of tea, coffee and sugar there. The bathroom had a fine sized electric shower with good water pressure. The grounds and the landscape were breathtaking, such a magical spot. The owners have put a lot of thought into the apartment providing everything you need for a stay. It is right on the pier in a small village, a great base to explore the area. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking at home and a large lounge room area with TV and streaming services.
