WiFi was working very good (they have few different ones). 2 swimming pools with view on the sea, and the breakfast was sensational. Hot water in the shower. An open wardrobe so you can easily store your stuff. We were there while they didn't have other guests so it was super nice.

It’s a beautiful place, you have an incredible beach in front of you when you can do snorkeling between corals. The homemade food is delicious, breakfast the best. There is a hill behind to watch the sunset

After a long motorbike ride, I arrived in Maumere and was warmly welcomed by Herman. The homestay is beautiful and peaceful, with a relaxing patio and garden. Tea and coffee grown locally by Herman are available. My room was clean, comfortable, and had AC, big windows, and good Wi-Fi. The washroom was spotless and even had lovely plants. Helpful info about the area was provided, and communication was easy via WhatsApp. Herman kindly helped me exchange money and gave useful advice when my flight plans changed due to a volcano eruption. I enjoyed a peaceful sunset in the garden and slept very well. Though I stayed only one night, I felt truly cared for. Thank you, Herman and Susi, for the warm hospitality!

Everything. We've been travelling for ten months, and this was the best value for money we had on the whole trip. It's directly at the beach, which is clean and amazing. The huts are exceptionally clean, bright, and huge. Food is great. Service is perfect. An airport taxi was organised for us very early morning. We could only stay one night, but would have loved to stay a week.
