We had a great stay in Ampik Batur. The hosts are amazing and so friendly, they always checked on us, filled up the hot spring and invited us to do a bonfire in the evening. The accommodation itself was great and clean too with everything you might need. Breakfast was served whenever you wanted (from 8-11) and you could choose from 4 options. It was very delicious, especially the fresh made juice! The location is great too as there is a starting point for the sunrise tours to Batur right across the street. You can also find traditional Warungs but also some healthy restaurants with good coffee and salads/bowls.

Staying at this villa was a truly wonderful and relaxing experience. This place is perfect for a family holiday or a getaway with your partner. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious and very affordable. We also really enjoyed the unique and fun experience of getting around using the buggies. The warm pool water was perfect for a morning swim, especially with the fresh, cool air. We highly recommend this place!

Wonderful experience! We stayed for two nights and the owners were very welcoming from the beginning. The view of the place is amazing and the surroundings very tranquile. They offer to take care of meals, transportation and even the tours, which is very convenient. We took the sunrise trekking and hotsprings, very recommended. We will come back for sure!

Stunning, fresh, and stylish place by the lake 😍 An incredible view of the mountains and mist. Peace, calm, comfort, and the warm care of wonderful hosts. I’ll definitely come back here again. I stayed with my little dog 🐻 — and that’s a huge bonus for such a beautiful and new place. The path from the parking takes just a 5-minute easy walk (exactly what you need after a long trip). Totally worth it to end up away from the noise of the road, surrounded by pure silence and nature.
