Lovely apartment - clean and well equipped. Host was very friendly and she kindly allowed us to do some washing in her laundry room. We were able to store our bikes in the sun room/covered terrace which was great. Good location for our cycle tour, and only a short distance to Umag, passing several restaurants on the way

This is a very nice apartment at an amazing and very central location in Umag. You are right in the cute city centre and the balcony has the view on the sea. All the best restaurants are in 5 min walk radious as well as all the bars. All in all a very nice stay.

Location is excellent, right in downtown. Room looks like the pictures. It was also clean. I got a huge (120 EUR) fine for parking in the wrong place upon arrival for 5 minutes, but the host managed to cancel that as well. Value for money is very good.

    The location is fantastic. Very quite, a bakery within walking distance and a short drive to the shops and sea. Mate was very nice and friendly and always willing to help. The pool is lovely and was always very clean which we really appreciated. The apartment was clean and except for some wine glasses and a pair of scissors had everything we needed. It was so lovely to have breakfast on the balcony. Would definitely reccommend Mate's place.

    The host was exceptional and great to talk to. We had a little accident and she was there to help all the way. She also gave us a lot of good reccomendations as to where are the best and affordable places to eat and other locations. The apartment was very clean and had all the necessities and the location was calm.
