From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in a dreamy and relaxed atmosphere that transported me to a world of tranquility and serenity. As a satisfied tourist, I cannot help but gush about the delightful experience I had at this family-run hotel. Perched on a gentle hill, Takis's Studio offers a truly picturesque setting that feels like something out of a fairytale. The views are simply magnificent, with the azure waters of the Aegean Sea stretching out before you, and the breathtaking airport runway creating a unique spectacle. It's a sight that is both awe-inspiring and surprisingly peaceful. The warm and welcoming nature of the owners, who personally attend to every guest's needs, adds an extra layer of charm to this already enchanting place. Whether it was requesting fresh towels or enjoying a steaming cup of Greek coffee, their attentiveness and promptness were unparalleled. They even arranged for a scooter rental, which was effortlessly delivered to the location, allowing me to explore the island at my own leisurely pace. Stepping into the olive tree garden that surrounds the hotel, I was greeted by a symphony of fragrances and colors. The meticulously maintained flowers and plants painted a vibrant canvas that made every stroll through the garden a sensory delight. And when the midday sun became too warm, the refreshing respite of the perfectly clean pool beckoned, inviting me to cool off and unwind. Each studio in Takis's Studio exudes an inviting ambiance, with tasteful decor that blends modern comfort with traditional Greek charm. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, providing a cozy sanctuary that feels like a home away from home. From the comfortable beds to the well-equipped kitchenettes, every detail is taken care of, ensuring a truly relaxing stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The view was absolutely stunning — waking up to such beauty every day was truly special. The room was cleaned daily, and everything was always spotless. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, which made my experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay. Noemia studios is situated in the heart of the old town of Skiathos, a short walk down ancient cobbled streets to the old port. The apartments are newly renovated and tastefully decorated with a little balcony with a view of the old port; on the second floor there is a communal balcony with tables and chairs with a stunning view of the port and from which you can watch the boats come and go. The bathroom is modern with a beautiful walk in shower. The hostess and owner Georgia is incredible and went the extra mile from meeting us to guide us to the apartment and then to show us where we could park our car. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and even drove with one of our party to the airport so that he could drop our car! Hospitality at its finest! Booking restaurants, calling taxis, just nothing was too much trouble; We wish you so much success with your venture Georgia and will definitely stay with you again next time around. Probably the best location, value for money and most modern accommodation we had during our stay.

Very clean, modern and close to the port and center/old town- around 5-7 minute walk. The room was nice, shower with adjustable led lights, big comforfable bed, fridge with free waters. Some rooms also had balconies, which is nice. The hotel is in a quiet part, but still close to the center. Reception girl was very helpful with suggesting where to swim, eat and what to do. Communication via Whatsapp is also possible! Very attentive and helpful! 😊

We have been visiting Greece 2-3 times a year for 20 years and this is one of the best places we have stayed! The price is not cheap, but you get more than what you paid for! The hotel is either new or recently renovated. Even the smallest details have been thought of. We had at our disposal, in addition to the two terraces of the apartment, a common terrace with soft furniture! Every day they provided us with cold mineral water, Nespresso capsules and small snacks! Daily cleaning, change of towels and sheets! The hosts are always available, without being intrusive. Close to the coastal street, but very quiet. Between stops 0 and 1. For those who take the bus, it is super convenient - 5 minutes walk. 15 minutes walk to the airport. If we visit Skiathos again, we have "our place!"

The property is immaculate and set in a wonderful green area with views of the town and sea. There is a pool. The best asset of this property is the Host Dimitri who is phenomenal. Unbelievably helpful, kind, thoughtful, informative and capable. Any property that he is managing would run like clockwork. Well done.

We really enjoyed our week here. The room was perfect for us, very well equipped and nicely decorated. Our room was exactly as was presented in the pictures, furniture is modern, AC is working very well and a useful small fridge perfect for keeping few drinks cold. The room was spacious enough even if it's not the biggest in this building. Everything was clean and even if it's not a hotel, there is room service - rooms are cleaned daily, bed is arranged, towels are changed and bins are cleared. I've liked the good placement of the electrical outlets (either side of the bed) and on the desk where is also a wireless charger. It's 5 min away from the center of the old town and the port. In the proximity you can find many restaurants and shops. Panos (the host and owner) is super friendly and open to help with anything he can. He made contact with us the day before our arrival and maintained communication with us to be in sync with our taxi from airport to give the access card. He helped us with some useful recommendations for restaurants and beaches and in general was available at any time to respond on whatsapp if we needed something or even in some days he checked on us to see if everything was fine. The town is safe and the area where the building is located but for extra safety this building also has security cameras.

    The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfy. Nice surrondings, the airport wasn't disburbing at all. The location isn't in a walking distance from the center - it's 40-minute walking and a challenging climb to the hotel. But there are many solutions to avoid the climbing. I would defenately go back.
