Separate house for a large family vacation with all amenities. 2 separate bedrooms - for adults and children, 2 separate bathrooms, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Very hospitable hosts, treated us with fruits and vegetables from their vegetable garden and fresh eggs. The location is very good - near several beaches, from local beaches to Antisamos, 20 minutes by car - Myrtos, also 20 minutes to the capital island. 2 great grill restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend this house for a vacation.

fantastic location 30 seconds and you are on the not busy beach . hosts provided umbrella, beds and even a kayak to use . we felt part of their family , we had a BBQ with them, we were given fruit from their garden . just a 5 minute walk along sea front into Sami harbour =perfect ,AC in bedroom and living area was excellent

What a gem 💎. Beautiful appartement close to the center og sami. Ferry terminal was only a short walk of max 10 minutes away. The owner was super friendly and helpful. The appartement had everything that we needed for our stay.

Everything was perfect. Mr Nickolas was one of the friendliest and most helpful hosts I've ever met. The room was spacious enough for a holiday apartment. It had every little thing someone might need and a lot of closer room for clothes. Very clean room, sheets and bath, with no sign of moisture/mold anywhere (cause it's a VERY moist island). Great spot too very near the Agia Effimia harbor and not very far from Myrtos beach.

Ayia Evfimia is the right option when choosing to stay at Kefalonia. Amazing views, beach, great food. About the acomodation, we couldn't be happier. The hosts are amazing and super helpful. At our first day, they gave us a map with several sugestions about places to visit and where to eat. They love the island and that love is contageous! The room was very clean when we've arrived. It is cleaned again every second day, when you also get fresh towels and sheets. It's perfect! You can smell the freshness. You have where to park your car right in front. Kefalonia is the most amazing place and we're very glad we've choosen Alexatos Studios and Apartments.

    A lovely simple place to stay in a pretty little town. The house is set in a lovely garden, and is a short drive to Sami. The little village has two tavernas. The house was spotlessly clean. Joanna, Zacharatos and their son Giannis were the most wonderful hosts. I hope to stay here again! Thanks so much Joanna, Zacharatos and Giannis.

    We really appreciated that the location is in a quiet, less trafficked area. The host is nice and friendly. From the location it is quite easy to get to other points on the island, it is quite central. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything you would need for your stay.

    The view / location...that's all I'm afraid to say. I'd say the peace and quiet also - if it wasn't for the noisy kichen unit (see below!) And the Owner was very friendly, welcoming. Only a 10 minute drive to Karavomylos / Sami where you have everything on hand.
