We liked pretty much everything about the inside and the outside. The outside view is amazing, the terrace is nice and the village itself is interesting and it offers more great views on the see, city and the nearby mountains. We liked the style of the interior, there is every equipment which you need on a vacation. The place is nice and clean, the owner provided us coffee capsules and shampoo / shower gel. We were welcomed with delicioius traditional pastry. The owner was all the time available and ready to help us out with anything. He took us by car to the city when we were leaving. And he even gave us home made traditional pastry for our journey and Cretan suveniers. We were absolutely satisfied and I can only recommend you a stay there, because of the place itself and especially due to the approach of the owner.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. It's not large, which adds to its charm, and the staff were simply fantastic. The beach is stunning, with direct access from the hotel – no need to cross any roads. The breakfasts were amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. It's conveniently located close to Rethymno, making it easy to explore the area. The spa was a delightful experience, and I highly recommend booking a private room with a sauna and Turkish bath. My teenage daughters absolutely loved it. All in all, a wonderful place to relax and enjoy.

Magnificent seaview from the balcony, very-very friendly and helpful staff, Mr Stelios is a great, friendly and cheerful host with excellent recommendations of the restaurants and places to visit in Rethymno and Crete. It was our greatest pleasure to be guests in this hotel in the old town of Rethymno. The house is new and has very beautiful and extraordinary architecture, the rooms are all different and all very individual. The service from everyone in the team is very heartwarming. Breakfast should be mentioned in particular: different every day and always individually tailored to our wishes. Every day we were asked what we wanted for the next day and it was prepared specifically for us. It was brilliant. The communication in advance of our vacation to Stephanie and family has been very friendly and accommodating. Being a guest here made our already very nice stay very special. And lastly: Jacob is the Best!! Danke für alles!

Casa Gaga is beautiful. The décor is contemporary and stylish, and I adored the little courtyard with the plunge pool. It felt like a Moroccan riad! The owner was very helpful and charming. Nothing was too much trouble. He gave great restaurant recommendations – I was just sorry my stay wasn't longer so I could have enjoyed them all! Its location in the Old Town is perfect. The bed was huge and super comfy. I loved my stay here.
