Vasilia and her parents, were such good hosts, Greek hospitality at it's best! The large, bright, apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped, and the view from the balcony, overlooking the bay with the small town, the harbour, the ferry port, and further out to sea, all visible, was fantastic. From the apartment it's only a few minutes walk along the (very new!) quay to several cafes, bars and good fish restaurants. Lispi, in the month of May, at least, is a quiet, unspoilt island, and definitely worth a visit.

The apartment was perfect for us. Good size and fully equipped. Large bedroom and very comfortable bed. Perfect location, wonderful view from a very large garden area. Very close to lovely local restaurant's. Chris was a very welcoming host.

Excellent place for our holidays in Lipsi island. Amazed by the beauty of the accomodation, the location & the view, but above all by the hospitality of the owners. They have been so welcoming, helpful and easy to communicate with. Surely, highly recommended, if you need relaxing & calm holidays,close to the main town of Lipsi and the beautiful beach of Katsadia though.

The villa is modern and great design. Very well equipped kitchen, plenty hot water and great shower. Fantastic view to the port from the terrace and quiet. 10 minute easy walk to village. Wish we’d booked more days. Would definitely stay again.

Upon arrival to Lipsi, a taxi picked us up from the port and drove us to the studio. The pick-up service was provided by the host so we did not have to pay. When we arrived to the studio, we called the owner, Maria, and she quickly came and handed in the keys to us. Maria welcomed us and gave us some tips about the island. The next morning she prepared full breakfast for us which included a range of pastries, small breads and drinks. Overall, Studio Filoxenia is value for money!
