Both Ariadne and Konstantinos were lovely hosts. The location was excellent and the apartment had everything we needed for our family (4). Very clean rooms, large and with lots of space for clothes and other stuff! Strongly recommended.

We were so Happy here. We were looking for a clean, peaceful place with a great view and short walking distance to beautiful beaches, and Villa Maniati ticked all of these boxes. The owner and her son are very helpful, friendly and professional. The photos of the outside of the property do not do it justice, it is much prettier in person, and views of the sea and stars are fantastic. . We had breakfast with delicious coffee which was very convenient. For people staying longer there is a grocery store a short, easy walk away. A relaxing and tranquil stay.

We loved everything about the hotel, especially Maria and her team. Maria (our Mother in Andros, as she told us), was so friendly and showed us the best restaurants in town! The location can't be better! It's across the road from a beautiful beach with beach chairs and great food and drinks service from the chairs. It's less than a 5-10min walk to all the best restaurants in Batsi, but you don't hear any of the noise. I can't recommend this hotel enough! We will absolutely be back (we stayed for 3 nights, but wish it was 7)! Thank you Maria (and team) for a wonderful stay and start to the summer!

Great views across the town from the balcony. Easy walk to the shops and restaurants on the front, but you do need to be OK with steps are there are quite a few flights of steps on the way. There are also steps down to the bedrooms in the house. Comfortable beds with AC in the room. Plenty of toilet/shower availability for a number of guests. Coffee machine and coffee pods on arrival.

    The villa was amazing! Super clean and fresh with beautifully designed spacious rooms and great outdoor space that allows you to enjoy the stunning seaview!! The house has a unique location, it is 30m from the beach and <5km from Batsi. Tasos is a great host that accommodated all our requests and made our stay very pleasant! We will definitely come back!

    The staff... simply amazing! The view, right in front f the beach, exactly as the photos show. What an amazing sunset! The location, just a few minutes by car away from the port of Gavrio.

    The location is perfect very close to many beautiful beaches, 5 mins from the port (Gavrio) and 5 mins from the village of batsi. The rooms are great very comfortable and clean with a solid sea view. The hosts are very kind and helpful people.
