Fantastic clean large room with great facilities and spotlessly clean bed linen and towels. The bed and pillows were so so comfortable we slept really well. Great balcony and view. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again. I was sorry that we were only staying one night to break our journey.

The hotel is new, very nice. The rooms are nice and really clean. The service and staff is amazing. It's right next to the beach. At the pool, apart from beds and umbrellas they have cabanas as well. María is a very friendly ,kind and welcoming person. Make you feel at home. The apartments are confortable and with all what you need to enjoy your stay in Kalives. Since few years i stay there when i come to Crete. Nice atmosphere,beautifull enjoyable garden just steps from the beach, the sound of the sea, the calm área and short walk to centre of the town...short nice walk to many shops, minimarkets,bakery,butcher, pharmacy, tavernas, and anything you need...just in front there's a main supermarket which is very practical...great place!

I loved my holiday in Sofia Kalives! ❤️ I was travelling alone. They made me feel at home and safe all the time! All my questions were answered very friendly. Room service is great, they clean rooms every day. Even my dishes! My room stayed cool, altho I didn't have air conditioner on! View is beautiful! Sea on the other side and mountains the other. It is nice to sit at the terrace and enjoy the view and the local delicacies. Thank You Sofia for giving me the rest that I needed! Hope to come back soon! ❤️
