We loved our stay here. Everyone was so incredibly kind and welcoming. The view and property is beautiful, everything is very clean. The breakfast is super delicious!!!! It's an old traditional stone house equipped with modern amenities and so many small things which you may need. The view, not just from the terrace, from every corner of the room is breathtaking. Cleanliness on the highest level, changing towels and sheets every day. Parking in the hotel yard. Just a few minutes with car from famous Mylopotamos beach and the square of the picturesque village Tsagkarada. And finally the owners, Chrissa and her family, there is no words that can explain their hospitality, always smiling, helpful, kind and ready to help. Thank you for everything, hope to see you again.

What we liked: the helpful staff, spacious and comfortable rooms, the beautiful view from our room, great value for money and possibility to park car near hotel. Tips for other travelers: instead of the local Litochoro beach, we recommend Agii Saranda. Don’t go there by car—walk instead! It really takes just 15–20 minutes through the olive grove from the neighboring hotel. Ask the staff—they’ll gladly explain the way. Also, don’t look for places to eat in the nearby villages—Litochoro has enough options for every taste, and prices are reasonable.

Everything was wonderful! The hosts are very kind. The garden is beautiful. The pool and the pool area is very relaxing (you never have to worry about finding a free spot on a sun bed - in the sun or shade). The breakfast is plentiful, never repetative and delicious (including the yummiest freshly baked bread). The prices at the pool bar are very reasonable and a few nice taverns are in walking distance. The owners even helped us with a problem with our car battery and on top of everything offered to drive us to a car shop (luckily that was not necessary). We cannot emphasize more strongly how much we enjoyed our stay in this little paradise. Thank you so much for recharging our batteries (even literally)!

The location is wonderful as it is quieter than the rest of Agios Ioannis. What really makes it special is the 2 ladies who run the hotel Eleni and Anna who are so nice and will go out of their way to help you. Breakfast is great with homemade jam and marmalade and thick Greek yogurt. They have a nice garden to sit in which has shade and orange trees. Highly recommend this place.

    Excellent location, beautiful views of the surrounding hills and sea view. Very quiet, although located close to a road. Lovely big balcony. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a large patio/dining/seating area for guests to enjoy. The host was very friendly. Only a 10 minute drive to the lovely village of Kissos and same distance to the town and beach.

    Panos and his wife were amazing hosts. The pension is in a great location, surrounded with beautiful natural beauty. The breakfast was all local food that Panos’s wife cooked especially every morning! Plus, Panos had great recommendations for must see places around the area.     The hotel is very beautifull. The breakfast was great. It consisted by too many delicacies and served at the hotel yard. Lovely. The location was very good and ideal for daily excursions. Each room is for two person or families with 1 baby/1 toddler.
