Great location to everything on Oxford street. Welcoming, polite and accommodating staff and clean, comfortable rooms. We had an issue with our hot water on the first night which was attended to immediately by staff and rooms changed promptly. Staff were helpful with food and shopping recommendations near by. Thank you to Michael at the front desk who was exceptionally helpful to us! We will be back.

The hotel is new, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities depicted in the photos. I believe it's an ideal choice if you have your own vehicle or can arrange private transportation. I would consider staying again if I had my own vehicle. The pool is fantastic, and the overall atmosphere is a haven of peace for relaxation. There's a small outdoor gym that is brand new. I used the hotel to store my belongings, explore the city in the afternoon, get a few hours of sleep, and head to the airport. For this purpose, the location is not ideal. It's quite far from both the airport and the city center.

Amazing staying with the best hosts. Emmanuel and Emilia were simply perfect: attentive and very kind. The breakfast is simple and delicious and the huge room is extremely clean and confortable. For sure I'd stay at Charis again. The location I consider excellent in a quiet neighborhood. A very nice memory I'll keep from them.

I had a very positive experience staying at this apartment. It was incredibly spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. Everything felt fresh and clean, which made it easy to settle in and feel comfortable right away. The staff were also fantastic—very friendly, professional, and always happy to help. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-run apartment. I'd stay here again without hesitation!

    This hotel was beautiful, it had a serene atmosphere, almost like a spa! The location was accessible, rooms were very clean and welcoming. The staff were very good from those who serviced the rooms to reception staff. In particular Raymond was amazing as nothing was too much for him. My stay was fantastic and I'd definitely book again or recommend to others.
