Lovely place to stay in Ushguli. People at the reception are very helpful (helped us organize activities and the trip back to Mestia), rooms are nice and clean, there is no problem with access to the shared bathroom. The owner's dogs are huge and very friendly, and the little puppies were the cutest and an absolut highlight of our trip.

The two sisters are mainly responsible for reception. They have good English skills and are particularly friendly. They can provide all help and information about Ushguli for guests. Our couple moved in with our daughter, and the host enthusiastically upgraded us to a family room. It is particularly commendable that the geographical location is excellent, and the best camera position is on the high tower slope in front of the door, suitable for taking panoramic photos with snow mountains as the background. The breakfast at the guest house is very rich, and the quality of the dinner exceeds that of the surrounding restaurants.

Beautiful guest house accommodation. Very comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Grigoli was so friendly and helpful, and the house was very nicely furnished and kept, with games and coffee and tea and a nice, simple breakfast. Simple accommodation with authentic atmosphere. The food served was excellent, and the cozy warmth was exactly what we needed after getting soaked in the rain. Everything was good. The host was always in touch. They were ready to help. Huge windows with the view on the towers. Coffee, tea and the amazing Svaneti salt were provided. You can find everything what you need in the kitchen (you can cook there but bring the food from Mestia because it's hard to find a shop there) and in the bathroom. We loved to stay there. Thanks!
