The guesthouse’s location is superb, next to the church and the start of the hiking trail to Shkhara glacier. The village’s panorama viewpoint is just 3 minutes walk away, and you can be there easily in the early morning before the tourists arrive. The rooms are clean with stupendous views and en suite bathroom. Mamuka’s mother is a whiz in the kitchen: we booked dinner and breakfast with her during our 2 night stay and every meal was delicious. Home-made jams, milk from the family cows, produce from their garden and so on. Mamuka was also very responsive and helpful with advice and booking of transfer vehicle, and we learnt a lot about life in the mountains.

We stayed in the winter for ski touring. The room was clean and warm. The location was great, we could start touring right from the door. The food is amazing, it was nice to have a big warm meal when we got back from our adventures.

Beautiful guest house accommodation. Very comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Grigoli was so friendly and helpful, and the house was very nicely furnished and kept, with games and coffee and tea and a nice, simple breakfast. Very relaxed and they made us feel incredibly welcome and at home.

Lovely guesthouse in a beautiful part of Uschguli. The family was so nice and helpful. The food there was absolutely delicious. We loved our stay there and booked also a horse ride to thr glacier. It was great! Thank you so much!
