The family that owns it are absolutely amazing and they can serve a great breakfast too. Everyone was very kind and generous. You can get your laundry done for really cheap and all the other facilities are clean. The location is pretty good, only a 10-15 minute walk to the city center and there are markets and pharmacies really close by if you need anything.
