I like the whole homely setting. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Very peaceful and serene atmosphere. The staff are very pleasant, caring, helpful and welcoming. The bus route is just around the corner. There are so much at the site.

Quiet and beautiful location in a small village was just what I needed. Had a relaxing time. Garoline was lovely and made sure I had everything needed. Hattie the dog was a welcomed addition to the visit. Garoline even offered me a lift to the station upon leaving. I highly recommend.

Welcome email gave us all the information easy to locate and very easy to access the keys. Easy to contact the owners if needed. The location is ideal on a quiet road with only residential traffic. The sea is a few minutes walk away with paths to walk around the bay. Bosham Inn is just a few minutes walk and it’s about 10 min drive into Chichester. Very clean and spacious everything in good working order and well equipped. Not many places provide full appliances so this was a nice treat. Very comfy bed, sofa bed looked large and sturdy although we didn’t need it. Loved the little touch of the welcome pack to get us started.

it was cosy , well equipped for what i needed with my 2 dogs, owners were very accommodating in keeping their dogs in so mine could use the garden freely, also good knowledge of area to walk the dogs , videos on how to use equipment were helpful

Great location, quiet area. Super comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom and kitchen. Lovely host. I was out most of the day for the event, so I was practically on my own in the evenings. Stayed for three nights. Lovely place with everything u need. Extremely clean, very quiet and a fantastic location to promenade beach walk and town center.. Bed was comfortable and curtains kept out early morning light. Host was there to greet us with some great tips for touring around. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The Staff in The Selsey Arms could not have been more helpful . Nothing was a problem, they helped us with our picnic kept our drinks cold and even left our drink in ice bucket for us to enjoy in the delightful courtyard.The room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. We had Both a hearty English breakfast and a very fresh avocado egg and bacon. For us the location was perfect as the local bus went door to door for Cowdray Park. We had a wonderful time thank you

Friendly staff, very clean and everything you needed. Food was amazing, I am gluten free and this wasn’t an issue, plus our waitress checked everything before it came out of the kitchen which made me even more confident eating there! Highly recommend their Sunday lunch!
