Location was brilliant, the house itself felt like a home away from home. We were lucky enough to see some deer in the morning which was a real treat. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean with everything needed for a stay. There were lots of public footpaths within short distance which was great for the dogs. Would recommend going to Kinsbrook Vineyard only around the corner, dog friendly open from morning until night.

It was a delight to stay in the peaceful, private and immaculately clean Shepherd's Hut. It's a unique experience to be tucked away in the village of Steyning, looking out onto a beautiful garden and as for the interiors, so comfortable and luxurious. James and Sarah were very welcoming and sent all the helpful info needed to make the stay seamless. They also catered to my dietary preferences, which was much appreciated. I would love to come back again. Thank you!

    The outlook with a garden and views to fields and horses was very relaxing. The annex was cosy without feeling crowded. It was an ideal location for our daughter's wedding nearby.

    Lovely location looking out on the horses in the fields, lovely hosts, tennis in the garden (Thank-you for retrieving the ball for my twins!) and a TV in every room if you need. Kitchen ready to use with tea and coffee, fresh laundered towels and spotlessly clean.
