The only potential disruption was the nearby railway line, but this was not a problem in the end, The trains were fairly frequent, but were just a 'whoosh' - not loud and not upsetting. The room was excellent p big bed, good bathroom, all very clean and well presented. Breakfast was excellent - good choice, good quality and served quickly.
