Stable Cottage provided us with a truly delightful and relaxing stay. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the generous size of the cottage, offering ample space to unwind and feel at home. The interior decoration was a particular highlight, beautifully designed and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. Comfort was clearly a priority, and we found the cottage to be exceptionally well-equipped and furnished. One of the standout features was the lovely garden, a true haven of tranquility. It proved to be an excellent addition, especially for those traveling with a dog, offering plenty of space to roam and enjoy the outdoors. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and informative, making us feel instantly at ease. Their helpfulness and attention to detail greatly enhanced our experience. They were readily available to answer any questions and provided valuable local recommendations.

Breakfast and stuff were out of this world, the best service ever. The hotel is very beautiful and authentic with the vibes of Edinburgh. Free coffee to go, free wi-fi, 1 minute away from a bus stop. There was no EU socket in the room, but the lovely receptionist happily provided us with 2 adapters and we were saved :)

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. Though the location is not in the city centre, it is well-connected with good bus services, making it easy to get around without any hassle. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly and professionally. The hotel itself is modern and impeccably clean, with stylish decor throughout. My room was no exception, featuring a super comfortable bed that made it easy to get a good night's sleep. There was a minor issue with the door to my room, but it was quickly resolved once I reported it to the staff, which speaks volumes about their commitment to guest satisfaction. Both the check-in and check-out processes went smoothly, contributing to a stress-free stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and modern place to stay with excellent service and good transport links.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely part of Edinburgh. Had everything you could possibly need, rooms were large and well equipped, living room in particular was beautifully decorated and huge. High ceilings throughout and added bonus of the garden. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again.

We felt incredibly welcomed by Graeme and his family. The apartment was spotless and immensely comfortable, and we felt right at home. There is a bus stop right in front of the house that takes you directly to the city centre within 20 minutes, which made it extremely convenient to come and go as we pleased. If we're ever back in Edinburgh, this apartment would certainly be our first choice to stay again!

    We had a lovely spacious room, and the location is ideal for visiting Rosslyn Chapel (200 m). Very friendly host. Opposite the guesthouse is an Inn, with a very cosy pub and nice meals.

    The staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was very clean, cosy & warm (end Jan beginning Feb stay). Dolly's tea room downstairs had a good selection of lovely food. Very friendly locals. Ideal location for the Chapel, Castle & Roslin Glen. Would highly recommend & look forward to visiting again.
