    Great hosts, very clean and comfortable. Good location. Sue and David were lovely hosts and living next door were always available to show us how to use the heating, shower etc. The kitchen was gorgeous with views over the garden and birdhouse. They also left a (very good) bottle of wine in the fridge and some nibble treats which was very kind. Ideally located between Liverpool and Southport with lots of lovely countryside around and a stones throw from a beautiful canal.

    Great location handy for easy access to Liverpool Great food in the restaurant Room clean tidy ,great ideal having the condiments for tea and coffee in the hall way rather than having to ask at reception

    the location was perfect and easy to find. the property was welcoming . staff were friendly and helpful. the room was nice and light . walk in shower was perfect and had a good powerful shower. very clean . Breakfast was gorgeous . security was good with access only with the fob. lift or stairs to the room .
