So close to good pub, train line and great for walks. Our children are both students at Exeter university they joined us for breakfast at the cottage on Sunday morning then we went for a walk to Topsham and back to Lympstone via the train then to the Swann pub to play chess. Any questions, no matter how small , were answered quickly. Really nice location and a few minutes walk from the train station. Heaters were on when I got in, meaning the cottage wasn't too chilly. The smaller sofa was comfy, the other one, not as much, but there's enough cushions to make it comfier. Lots of thick blankets as well. Nice and clean and tidy with everything I needed.
