Arrived by motorcycle on our Wales tour and found a very large secure garaged parking available to the rear of the property, this gave us a peace of mind at night knowing our motorcycle was out of sight out of mind. This is a really lovely, friendly hotel to stay in. The staff couldn't have looked after us any better - they were all fantastic, Kudos go out to Sean the Manager, he couldn’t have been more helpful. Great food (and plenty of it) at very reasonable prices and drinks were good value too. We loved the comfort of the place, rooms are nice and big and the beds are super comfy, WiFi connection throughout the Hotel and the whole place was very clean. Great choice for the cooked breakfast setting you up for a day of traveling, evening meal provided a great selection of which they did not scrimp on, All the local people were very friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much effort, We loved the age of the building, so much character, if you want a stay in a historic hotel with great charm you'd find it hard to beat this one! We will definitely be staying there again.

Just stayed at the shepherds hut for boxing night and it was fabulous. The place is amazing the facilities are fantastic even down to the amount of towels that are left for you use FABULOUS 👏👏👏

Beautiful cottage in the countryside. Views in every direction and we had sunshine everyday for the week we were there (end Nov). Open plan was great for prepping food and being able to chat with family at the same time. Everything you could need was present. Plenty of storage for bikes in the garage and lovely place to sit out at the end of the day or for alfresco breakfast. The location allowed exploring both Wales and England. Shrewsbury, Oswestry and Bridgnorth in England, Welshpool, Wrexham and Chirk. There is Pistyll Rhaeader Waterfall nearby, which is a 3ml walk from the centre of Llanrhaeadr Ym Mochnant just down the hill from the cottage. There are plenty of Castles/ Houses to visit in the area which did a few due to being NT members. Chirk Castle, Powis Castle and Erdigg House were fantastic with all trimmed with Xmas decorations. Walking can be had right from the door and due to the lack of light pollution you can see the star constellations which make it feel you can reach out and touch them. All in all a fantastic place to stay with super comfy beds, space inside and outside and everything you need. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed. The owners are very helpful and nothing too much trouble, not that we had any. We used Cefn Coch as the Sat-Nav search and it takes you to the cottage.

Beautiful modern new build loft with a wonderful view from the balcony. Clean, well equipped, responsive hosts. Very peaceful, not too far from supermarkets. At the time of our stay it had free wifi, Netflix and BBC, as well as complimentary milk and bottled water.

    The farm is in an amazing location. It was good to walk out of the cottage and meet plenty of farm animals. The cottage was very clean and the host supportive when needed. The hot tub was very pleasant, even if there was no much privacy

    Beautiful building. Spacious room with comfy beds. Restaurant food is lovely. The chicken, ham and leek pie was amazing. Lovely service and cheap prices. Fab location. I would definitely stay here again.

    Lovely location the holiday home was well appointed with everything you could need. We had access to the gardens fantastic views with tables and BBQ for use by guests in the other holiday homes and us if we wished. Lots of animals and ideal for families or couples. Sheep Dip Cottage had a small courtyard with hot tub BBQ and table and chairs. Beds, one double (upstairs) and two singles (downstairs) in the two bedrooms were really comfortable. Everything was of a high standard and we will certainly return.

    I stayed with my family in Sheep dip cottage. It was beautiful. Very clean, great condition. Gorgeous location! My children loved seeing the kittens each morning and bathing in the hot tub each evening. I would fully recommend this farm to anyone. I hope to stay again in the future.
