Wonderful B&B in a perfect location, run by the kindest hosts Mike and Caroline. Cozy, spotless and comfortable room with sea and sunset views, plus binoculars to spot local wildlife. Excellent breakfast with fresh fruit in addition to a tasty full English. We only managed to stay one night as it was fully booked long in advance – a real pity, because we would have loved to stay longer!

What a fantastic property this property is everything that has been advertised and more. The first thing to mention is the views is just wow, from the big windows the view of the ocean with boats, ships, birds inc a kestrel and a seal. You can see the headland and the gardens of the property with rabbits and even a fox, so no need for a TV. Inside you have everything you need its very comfortable, at night there isn't any light pollution or noise all you can hear is the ocean. There are plenty of walks around the property to the headland opposite is easy and down to the beach is fairly easy too, on the last day I walked over to the right of the property if you do this go via the sculpture park this is an easier walk, I do NOT recommend the coastal path near the beach. Coverack is a pretty village only a mile away with a pub restaurant. Back to the property there are 4 flights of stairs but you only have to do this twice with luggage. (I'm not writing in the dislike box below as this goes against the property even if you put "didn't want to go home" anything written in there goes against the property) My only dislike was the toilet flush sometimes you had to do this a few times to flush everything down. We would love to return to this property again. Oh I forgot to mention George the Gull he stands/lies on the concrete ledge outside the windows he will sometimes knock on the windows when closed.

    Breakfast was very good. Restaurant food was good but a bit lacking in choice. I stayed 2 nights, if it was 3 then I don't know what I would have had. Room very clean and bathroom very modern. Friendly staff. Car park only just big enough. Location is excellent for walking. Right on the coast path. Nice to see the Lizard lighthouse from the bedroom window but not so great when the fog horn went at night!!!

    Lovely hotel in an Ideal location for walks on the lizard. The staff were really nice and helpful. The food was superb and the breakfast can certainly set you up for the day. We had a room at the rear of the property (no2). The room was very comfortable and clean with a large bathroom. We will definitely visit again.

    We had a lovely stay in Housel Bay Hotel. Renovated, very clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Nice breakfast with gluten free options. The view from the restaurant is absolutely amazing and the location of the hotel is great. We had indeed a great time. We would love to come back again.
