Everything from the exquisite decor to the little details the impeccable service the most welcoming hosts Laura and Paul who go out of their way to make you stay special and a place you want to go back the minute you leave. Wish I had stayed another night just so I could have that delicious breakfast again!!!     The location is very convenient. The train station is only 10 minutes away on foot and can get you to either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The staff I spoke to were all lovely from the person I assume was the manager to the friendly barman on in the evening. The room was really nice and very clean.

    Location is absolutely amazing! Close to the lake and palace, very lovely walk. Kitchen was well-equipped. There was some problem with hot water, but host contacted me in advance and offered several alternative ways to deal with it. I really appreciate how well it was sorted in the end.

    Fabulous place finished to a high standard we could not fault the apartment plenty of space and very clean, staff were very friendly. Our son lives in nearby Winchburgh so it's ideal location will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family
