Jane gave us a warm welcome to settle us in. The room is very spacious and tastefully appointed, with a large modern bathroom and every need catered for. The breakfast is served in an adjoining room and offers a delicious variety of options, all freshly prepared to order and some tasty home made produce. The property is located in a tranquil setting, with a lovely outlook over fields and birdlife. The location worked very well for out four night stay. Thoroughly enjoyable and recommended. Thank you

Joe is a wonderful host; he knows everything about the city and helped us arrange taxis and figure out great places to eat. The room is comfortable and the house has everything you need while on vacation. Joe is easy-going and helpful without being overbearing or nosy. Just had the BEST stay at Ennios Boutique Hotel in Southampton 🤩 Joe and the team were absolute stars – even upgraded us so we could check in before 9am after a rough disembarkation 🙌 The details here blew me away… heated towel rails that actually work, the softest towels, breakfast served on gorgeous plates & cups, and coffee that was honestly next level ☕️👌 Even the toilet paper was fancy 😂 Location is perfect – right in the Old Town, steps from the Duke of Wellington pub 🍻 and close to the Mayflower Theatre 🎭. Couldn’t recommend Ennios enough – thanks again Joe for making it extra special!
