We were very impressed with the rooms - the size, the comfort, the cleanliness and the attention to detail. It far exceeded our expectations and the online photos don't do the rooms justice. The pub itself was so enjoyable and the owners and chef were incredibly welcoming. Delicious dinner and breakfast, plus enjoyable banter with the locals. We're a family of four and would highly recommend this accommodation to everyone.

We only stayed for one night but really enjoyed ourselves. Location was very good with a couple of pubs within walking distance. The hotel was lovely and hosts were very attentive. The honesty bar was well stocked and cocktail hour went down very well.

This place is fantastic possibly the best we have booked! The attention to detail was fantastic with comfort at its best. Right on the river so short walk to the falls and into Aysgarth. Communication with Emma was brilliant. Loved the RIVER DANCE chopping board boot rack and many other brilliant touches. All appliances were very high quality with good instructions on how to use. Very very warm as we were there over New Year and huge storm which made the Aysgarth Falls spectacular. Lovely walks close from the doorstep. Beds very comfortable and Towels and bath robes embossed which was an excellent touch. Walked to the Aysgarth Falls hotel and good IPA Black Sheep pint. Lovely log burner to make the place even cosier. Highly recommend this cottage for a Yorkshire Dales stay . Many Thanks for sharing your lovely cottage.

The building we stayed in was beautiful and the room was spectacular! Such an amazing place to stay. Our hosts were friendly welcoming and brilliant basically. And we would love to come again. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The breakfast was beyond restaurant quality and honestly one of the best breakfast experiences I’ve ever had.

Excellent stay thank you. Great hosts providing little extras. The room is large quiet and clean. Breakfast is great with a good choice. Onsite parking is a real bonus, everything Leyburn has to offer is right on your doorstep. Throughly recommended

    This is a beautiful cottage in a stunning location. It's well equipped, with plenty of parking space, comfy beds, lots of space inside and the most beautiful views of the valley. Lots of great walks and wildlife on the doorstep.
