The room was spacious, with lovely decor. It had an amazing view out of the patio doors onto Lochlomond. It was spotless, and even though we only stayed 2 nights, it was cleaned and beds changed inbetween. It was good having a coffee maker and robes. It's ideally situated to visit different places nearby, to eat out.

The most amazing location on the bank of Loch Lomond. Views from the comfy sitting room are unbeatable. We enjoyed a lovely rest day here from the West Highland Way, lying on the grass and looking at/swimming in the lake. Friendly staff gave us great service, thanks Tony, Sam, Barry and co.

Barbara & Thorsten are so lovely, really care about their guests and clearly want guests’ stays to be as comfortable as possible. The facilities are spotless, and nice & quiet. About 5-10 minutes walk to the Oak Inn which is a great post-dinner or early morning walk.

    Room was well presented and very clean. Breakfast was good and dinner was excellent value. Great to see 3 good real ales in the bar. Lovely location, ideal for onward travel or a stay in the area. Free parking at the front of the hotel.
