The room was clean and without noise (the windows faced the garden). The person at the hotel reception was very kind. Free parking. The hotel was easy to find because I used the coordinates (47.95059, 1.89168).

Tldr - I didn't stay. dirty, didn't feel safe, bad communication with host. I did not stay overnight. I arrived and had to make first contact with the host. I got a number from guests who arrived at the same time, the one listed in booking is different. The locked gate to the courtyard is broken. As I went in, a man followed me and said "I live here too". As a sólo female traveller, this didn't exactly make me feel safe. Once inside, it was clear the pictures on the listing are older. The walls are covered in marks and a mirror was broken. . Lastly, the place was just dirty - the floor didn't appear to have been swept or mopped, there was what appeared to be a pubic hair on the pillow and the fridge smelt absolutely appalling. Dead flies.

Location ideal for stop on route to UK. Staff good , helpful particularly with our poor french! Room quiet , enough space , comfortable bed, shower did leak a bit but all ok. Restaurant next door was good value.

The property was everything that we needed. Location, warm, pool, coffee a 2 min walk, Uber rides easily obtained and very cheap. A lovely walk to cafes, restaurants and shops. Bus stop outside property. The owners were very easy to deal with and extremely helpful. The apartment had everything that we needed and definitely great value.

Handy location just off the motorway, a great stopover point for our journey south. Ideal for a family with a separate bedroom plus sofa bed in lounge. The kitchenette was well equipped.

Very nice hotel with a comfortable room. Very clean, with a good shower and comfy bed. Nice touch were the free water bottles in the room. Location very convenient while road tripping the Vale du Loire.

Very clean, air conditioned apartment with plenty of space compared to a budget hotel. Equipment for self catering meals supplied. Very good breakfast. Lots of free parking. Staff were very helpful with advice on travelling around Orleans.
