The question would be, ‘what wouldn’t you like about the property’? For me and my family, there was nothing to dislike! It had whatever you liked to have. Comfortable and well organized in terms of kitchen and utensils, washing machine and a dryer especially for Suva,etc.

I liked everything about Tropical Almond Haven. The host, the faciities, location, the air-con bedrooms, the extra mattress, the towels provided. Nexflix, free wi-fi, breakfast, laundry facilities. I'm really glad I stayed at the Berry Cottage during my visit to Suva. It is located in a really safe and quiet area, a short walk away from both the centre of town as well as the Fiji Museum and Thurston Gardens. The host was very friendly and welcoming, and interesting to talk with - the building dates back to World War II and feels like it has some history, with the high ceilings and old British atmosphere. It was also brilliant value for money, being very spacious, and with excellent kitchen facilities including a fridge and microwave which I found really helpful. I would have liked to have stayed longer, and highly recommend this accommodation for a peaceful and comfortable stay in fascinating Suva.
