The posada itself is charming. The rooms are very comfortable, spotlessly clean and surprisingly modern. The restaurant food was to a good home cooking standard (and the menu choice really amazing for such a small establishment). Exactly 83 kms from Santander port and an easy 1 hour drive. Ideal for before or after your ferry crossing. The management were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Extensive very fresh menu both for dinner and breakfast. Went a little off piste on the dinner menu which was not a problem. Rooms very well appointed, comfortable and tasteful.
