A beautiful large area with lots of greenery. A great water park. Amazing animators and dancers; we especially liked the singer Anna. We also want to highlight the animator Piero, who was very friendly and a wonderful person. We enjoyed playing tennis as well. The food was delicious and diverse. The cocktails at the bar were also very much to our liking.

It was my first time in Charmilion and I am very satisfied. The staff is extremely friendly. My thanks goes to everyone: from the boy who cleaned the every day room, to the waiters, chefs, animators, beach and pool guards, the receptionists… Hotel manager Emil is wonderful and his colleague Teresa also. Emil upgraded my uncle's room for free and gave him a room with a sea view. We also got 5 free dinners in restaurants (I recommend fish and Japanese). Our rooms 822 and 821 were the first row to the sea with a wonderful view. The Red Sea is beautiful, if you like diving or snorkeling you will enjoy the view of a lot of fish and the coral reef that is next to the resort. The food was good, as were the cocktails. It's great that you can use all three resorts within Charmilion. The beach is large and spacious. The gardens are magical, clean with lots of palm trees. At this place you will have a really nice rest and recharge your batteries. You will enjoy this resort. Be sure to visit it and believe me - you won't regret it!

The resort was amazing, we had an amazing 7 nights stay thanks to the staff and all the services. When we checked in, the receptionist Arands took very good care of us, provided his contact and assisted us with everything, he was amazing and always smiling and helpful, he's great!!! Then in terms of facilities, we had everything we needed, we were in Room 0303 so the location was perfect and super nice, only feedback is that the bar can be noisy at times due to people staying on the balcony till late. Ping pong and pool tables, swimming pool, beach, gym, spa, multiple restaurants: you have everything you need in the resort. The room was clean and Mahmoud took great care of it, always surprising us with new things in the room with towels in different shapes all the time, Mahmoud really deserves to be recognised, he's super nice and always available, we loved him! I would just improve the room, it was a little outdated but always clean! Food was great, plenty of options and always something new every day, we loved the quantity and variety (there are so many options!!) and it was very tasty with fresh things everyday and some live cooking going on everyday, also the staff was great and always ready to clean the table or get us drinks. The choice of desserts was incredible as well! I would just add better variety during snack times both in the lobby bar and at the pool, it was always the same things but the fresh juice during tea time was super good! The animation team is also great, Camilla was always there to share a few words with us and she was keeping us informed about things happening, she really does a great job together with Matteo who's very nice and always involving people for activities. Only feedback about the animation would be to have the daily activities published in the lobby near the stairs to go to the restaurant so it's visible and everyone sees it or share it with a loud speaker, otherwise people might miss stuff happening.

    Fantastic service and all of the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The manager was very good and accomidating. The hotel was very clean and well kept and there were a large variety of food options and they were all very tasty. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice view from the balcony and the room's door block all outside noise and the air con is very adjustable. The location is nearby to many places. The swimming pool is also incredibly nice and relaxing and the lounge is comfortable and large.

    The hotel is quite big, the location is excellent, about 20 minutes by car from the airport and has a very clean private beach equipped with every service. The pools are very nice and the facility is spotless. In particular thanks to Mohamed Soudi who cleaned my room every day, very kind. The service is excellent, all the staff members are very kind, in particular Mohamed Gamal (who speaks also Italian language very well) is a very nice and kind person. Thanks also to all the staff of the diving center, in particular to Mustafa and Emil.

    Location for this price was amazing. Last minute deals are even cheaper. You can get breakfast in the local restaurant for $3 buffet and dinner for $5. Staff was amazing, always helpful. The guy at the security gate was always smiling and so helpful. Please take some little bag of sweets for local children especially when you go for trips.
