We have been to quite a few countries and I won’t be exaggerating when I say this is by far our best hotel experience. The staff is what makes this place exceptional, their passion & attention to details are like no other. From Mr Ahmed the hotel manager to restaurants and room service staff, everyone is smiling and welcoming all the time! Mr Ahmed the manager is very professional & helpful. He was always available whenever we needed to make changes to our booking. Staff in main restaurant offered a top notch customer service, each time we walked into the restaurant, kids were greeted and offered special drinks. Also, I was amazed by how clean everything & everywhere was. Will definitely come back next time we visit Egypt. I stayed at this hotel on my last night in Egypt before going to airport. I wanted to having a relaxing day at the hotel and I couldn't have chosen better! :) As a solo female traveller for the first time in Egypt, it felt great that the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a great vibe for an all inclusive resort! Full of gardens with flowers and birds, walking around is a paradise! I have arrived to the hotel earlier and they did me a free room upgrade and let me check in immediatly! Also I has my flight was 9pm, it was great the hotel had the option for late check out! The beach was a 5min walk from the room, white sandy, very comfortable chairs and what a reef! I have booked this one due to the comments about its reef, and it is true! It is unbelievably beautiful! They have some hotel restaurant there and a diving centre. Also some activities take place throughout the day! The room was great, with a lovely balcony with see view, mattress was very comfy (and the hotel has a possibility to change the mattress if you are not happy with yours!) I really enjoyed the quiet pace, the kindness of the staff, and that they don't have people bothering you to sell stuff too often (tours, spa, etc). Also the hotel has a lot of sustainable measures in place, almost no plastic and strong policies to preserve their reef! Unfortunately, I only stayed 1 day, but I want to come back! It is a great place to relax and enjoy the sun! It does indeed feel like a home far from home!

Amazing! I had a great time. The room was amazing with a perfect view and it was clean. The food is perfect especially the oriental dinner. The service is beyond great. They treated me in a great way especially « Ahmed » in the reception.

First of all, this is not a luxury hotel. If you are looking for luxury, do not choose this hotel. on the other hand, it is a hotel with a pleasant, relaxed family atmosphere. The food selection is not very wide, but every day there is chicken, fish, beef, roasted vegetables, salads. It is particularly delicious. Everyone can find something suitable for themselves. There is always a free table and the waiters are very attentive. The beach is actually a 5-minute walk away, but the small bus also runs for those who don't want to walk. The water taxi to the Marina is a fantastic idea, we really enjoyed it, and it takes a maximum of 5 minutes. The "captain" is also a very nice person. A very cozy little hotel, constantly being renovated and expanded, I highly recommend it to those who want a quiet rest. The cleanliness is also fine, the rooms are cleaned every day, we always got something surprising. There is only 2 bottles of water in the minibar, if you want to drink, for example, cola, fanta... it costs extra and can be ordered from the bar. If we come back to this area, we will definitely come back to this hotel. we loved it very much.

Just open for 7 days we are very lucky to enjoy the brand new hotel! Everything is perfect! Room is big and comfortable. Swimming pool is so nice! Especially the juice and food are so delicious! We must thank Mr. Hady Mohamed for his excellent service and help us to make call with GoBus and confirm the pickup point!

Amazing food! A lot of all-inclusive resorts don’t have the best quality of food but Jaz Amara really had great food! Snorkeling at the beach is one of the best snorkeling places I’ve ever seen and it’s right in front of the hotel. Beautiful coral with amazing fish and you easily spot turtles and stingrays as well. I haven’t been able to see a dugong but they are also there. The service is great and the animation team is amazing. Every night top-notch entertainment, it was so much fun. The entire hotel is very clean as well. 0 complaints (and if you do, they fix it right away!)

A vacation that we will remember with enthusiasm. Luxurious hotel, beautiful, clean. Everywhere helpful staff. Excellent food. The beach a few steps from the room. "Room boy" Mohamed very helpful and kind, every day he prepared for us an animal made of towels during cleaning. Waiters on the beach and in the restaurant (we communicated the most with Amed and Ibrahim) fantastic, we were sorry to say goodbye. On the beach several lifeguards, the hotel has its own clinic, we felt safe and were in magical comfort. We will definitely come back here.

The 5-star Steigenberger Coraya Beach - Adults Only is located on the beachfront of Coraya Bay, in Marsa Alam. The hotel has a diving school, spa and private beach.
